I had a great experience working with Brentt and Matt. They were very approachable and made sure to explain every step in a way that was easy to understand. On August 6, 2025, your company installed additional solar panels on my home along with a new breaker. At the end of the installation, my entire kitchen and dining area lost power. The technician worked late that evening attempting to restore it but was unsuccessful, stating they would return the next day.
If I had known they would never return, I would have refused the installation. It has now been over a week with no power in these areas—areas that had never experienced electrical issues before this installation.
I have:
• Spoken with Sonya, who promised to send someone to fix the issue.
• Spoken with Jimmy, the General Manager, who assured me a technician would come out the same day (August 14). No one ever came.
• Attempted to contact Joshua, the salesperson—calls and texts have gone unanswered.
To make matters worse, Jimmy is now saying that I will need to pay out of pocket to fix the electrical damage caused during your installation—either to your company or another contractor.
This is unacceptable. The problem was caused during the installation process, and it is the company’s responsibility to fix it immediately.
If you want to avoid nightmares like this, I strongly urge you to stay away from this company.

Thanks to his efforts, our power was fully restored at no cost to us in the kitchen and dining areas. We appreciate the company’s commitment to making things right and look forward to working with them in the future.

We initiated a service agreement with your company, but shortly after decided to cancel the arrangement. The representative, who identified himself as the owner's son, exhibited unprofessional and disrespectful behavior that I found deeply humiliating. Specifically, he informed us that canceling the agreement would incur a $16,000 charge for materials, despite no installation having commenced on our property. He then made a series of alarming statements, including a threat of foreclosure, and condescendingly explained the term to me when I admitted unfamiliarity. His posture and demeanor during this conversation were clearly intended to intimidate us. Furthermore, he threatened legal action and, shockingly, insinuated that our willingness to risk losing the house in this dispute was grounds for contacting Child Protective Services, citing the presence of our children during the conversation. His behavior escalated to the point that we felt compelled to contact the Tulare County Sheriff's Department for assistance. The representative left our home while we were on the phone with the authorities.
